Every leader needs additional expertise from time to time that is not available in the organisation. Input from outside. A safe space to spar freely with a peer. A strategic analysis. The wish to take an extra step forward.

I have been there, and know what it is like. I am here to help you and your organisation. I have sound expertise in governance, strategic analysis and advice of (public) health dilemma's, health policy analysis, health policy development, change management and implementation.

I clarify governance, organisational and strategic dilemmas in the non-profit and healthcare sector.

I work out complex problems, provide insight into possible solutions and write implementation proposals. All my work is done through a lense of shared global ownership and decision-making.

Interim management

I am available for interim replacement or management. For example in the (sudden) absence of a director, or to start implementing a proposal developed by me.
